GETGLANCE ("we," "us," or "our") operates getglance.co and provides automated social media marketing services to small businesses in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have.
By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Who we are
GETGLANCE is a social media marketing service headquartered in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Our public contact is hello@getglance.co.
2. What we collect
Information you give us directly:
- Full name
- Business name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Social media account details (provided during onboarding)
- Files and brand assets you upload to our platform
- For Music Services orders: your industry, preferred genre and mood, specific phrases or themes requested for your song lyrics, and your preferred streaming platforms
Payment information:
- We do not store credit card numbers or bank details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference only.
Information collected automatically:
- Page views and navigation events on getglance.co
- Form interaction data (steps started, steps completed, form submitted)
- Device type, browser type, and general geographic location (city/region level)
- IP address (used for rate limiting and fraud prevention, not stored long-term)
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Deliver the service you purchased and fulfill your order
- Contact you to schedule your onboarding visit or walkthrough session
- Send you weekly performance reports and campaign updates
- Process payments and maintain billing records
- Send transactional emails related to your account (confirmations, reports, alerts)
- Send marketing communications if you have consented (see Section 8)
- Improve our website and service based on usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to deliver our work:

We retain your information for as long as your service is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, legal, and operational purposes. Specifically:
- Client records: retained for 3 years after your last service period
- Payment records: retained for 7 years as required for tax and accounting purposes
- Analytics events: retained for 12 months, then aggregated or deleted
- Uploaded files: retained for the duration of your service, then deleted within 90 days of termination unless you request earlier deletion

You have the right to:

If you checked the consent box on our onboarding form, you agree to receive marketing messages from GETGLANCE via email, SMS, and WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by:
